Customer:
\nAny natural or legal person purchasing services through Sociopack<\/p>\n
under the terms set out below.<\/p>\n
The subject of this agreement is to set out the refund conditions for the sale of digital services offered by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n
Once the Customer has accessed services provided as digital content, they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.<\/p>\n
However, as part of its commitment to customer satisfaction, the Service Provider may grant a refund in certain cases.<\/p>\n
The following principles apply to customers requesting a refund on an annual subscription:<\/p>\n
The full fee for the current month is not included in the refund.<\/p>\n
The period of service used is calculated at the monthly subscription price.<\/p>\n
The total discount granted with the annual subscription is deducted from the remaining amount.<\/p>\n
The amount remaining after these calculations is refunded to the Customer.<\/p>\n
Example calculation:
\nAnnual fee: TRY 1,200 (TRY 100 per month)
\nMonthly subscription fee: TRY 150
\nIf the service has been used for 3 months:
\n\u2192 3 x TRY 150 = TRY 450 (service used)
\n\u2192 Discount: (150 x 12) \u2013 1,200 = TRY 600
\n\u2192 Total deduction: 450 + 600 = TRY 1,050
\n\u2192 Refund: 1,200 \u2013 1,050 = TRY 150<\/p>\n
Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@sociopack.com.<\/p>\n
Requests are reviewed within 7 business days at the latest.<\/p>\n
Approved refunds are made within 14 business days using the original payment method.<\/p>\n
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Istanbul (Anatolia) Courthouse have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.<\/p>\n
This refund agreement enters into force when the service is purchased. By accepting the agreement electronically, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all of its provisions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
