Article 1 – Parties
This Distant Sales Agreement ('Agreement') is concluded between:

and
Customer (Buyer):
The individual or legal entity who purchases services via the Sociopack platform.
This agreement is made electronically under the provisions and conditions set forth below.
Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the purchase of digital services offered by the Service Provider, including but not limited to social media management, digital strategy, content planning, analysis and reporting.
Article 3 – Description and Price of the Service
The type, scope, duration (monthly/yearly), and price of the purchased services are determined based on the subscription package selected by the Customer at the time of the order.
All pricing and payment details are shared with the Customer before the transaction is completed, and a digital invoice is provided accordingly.
Article 4 – Payment Terms

Payments are collected in advance through the secure online payment system provided by the Service Provider.

The service is activated upon successful completion of payment.
Article 5 – Service Delivery

Since the service is digital in nature, there is no physical delivery.

Access to the purchased services is provided digitally via email or customer panel.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the digital content, once the Customer gains access to the service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised as per Article 15 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

However, the Service Provider may offer partial or full refunds within the framework of customer satisfaction under its own return policy.
Article 7 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Article 8 – Entry Into Force
This Agreement enters into force once approved electronically by the Customer and is deemed to have been accepted in full with the completion of the purchase.
