What is the difference between the plans?
All plans include every module and premium support. Plans differ by number of users, number of accounts and data retention period.
Are monthly and annual subscriptions available?
Yes. The service period can be monthly or annual; the duration and price of your plan are shown on the order confirmation screen.
How is payment made?
Payment is made in advance through an electronic payment system. Your service becomes active once the payment is successful.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
As the service is digital content, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Article 15 of Turkish Law No. 6502. However, Sociopack may consider refund requests in certain cases as part of customer satisfaction.
How do I submit a refund request?
Refund requests are sent in writing to info@sociopack.com. Requests are reviewed within 7 business days at the latest; approved refunds are made within 14 business days using the original payment method.
