Article 1 – Parties
This refund agreement has been concluded between

Customer:
Any natural or legal person purchasing services through Sociopack
under the terms set out below.
Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to set out the refund conditions for the sale of digital services offered by the Service Provider.
Article 3 – Right of Withdrawal and Refund
Once the Customer has accessed services provided as digital content, they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 15 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
However, as part of its commitment to customer satisfaction, the Service Provider may grant a refund in certain cases.
Article 4 – Refund Terms for Annual Subscriptions
The following principles apply to customers requesting a refund on an annual subscription:
The full fee for the current month is not included in the refund.
The period of service used is calculated at the monthly subscription price.
The total discount granted with the annual subscription is deducted from the remaining amount.
The amount remaining after these calculations is refunded to the Customer.
Example calculation:
Annual fee: TRY 1,200 (TRY 100 per month)
Monthly subscription fee: TRY 150
If the service has been used for 3 months:
→ 3 x TRY 150 = TRY 450 (service used)
→ Discount: (150 x 12) – 1,200 = TRY 600
→ Total deduction: 450 + 600 = TRY 1,050
→ Refund: 1,200 – 1,050 = TRY 150
Article 5 – Refund Process
Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@sociopack.com.
Requests are reviewed within 7 business days at the latest.
Approved refunds are made within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Article 6 – Competent Court
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Istanbul (Anatolia) Courthouse have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
Article 7 – Entry into Force
This refund agreement enters into force when the service is purchased. By accepting the agreement electronically, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all of its provisions.
